In the past, I had professionals who didn't do the pipes right away and it just resulted in catastrophe. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water only to find that there were pipes burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my contractor check out the plumbing initially, consisting of the sewer lines.

While the plumber is working, I'll have a HEATING AND COOLING crew installing a brand-new heating unit which includes a brand-new gas furnace and central air conditioning. I haven't constantly replaced functional HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the present system is fairly brand-new, I will prevent it. Mostly, however, I always install completely new systems.
