In the past, I had specialists who didn't do the pipes right now and it only resulted in disaster. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the house, they switched on the water only to find that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my specialist check out the pipes initially, including the sewage system lines.

While the plumbing technician is working, I'll have an A/C crew setting up a new heating system which includes a new gas heater and main air conditioning. I have not constantly replaced practical HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the existing system is relatively brand-new, I will prevent it. Primarily, though, I always set up totally brand-new systems.
