Dr. T's HQ has a similar layout to the degree 11 HQ, yet the windows as well as pet crates are replaced with two green pipes. Instead of a satellite, a revolving porthole-like structure is situated on top. At degree 24, the Head office gets a second radar in addition to its left ceiling. The antennas are merged into a single post with a red receiver. The ceiling in addition to the door now has a red plate covering it.
