In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the pipes immediately and it only resulted in disaster. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the home, they turned on the water only to find that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I CONSTANTLY make my professional check out the plumbing initially, including the sewer lines.

While the plumbing is working, I'll have an A/C team installing a new heating unit which includes a brand-new gas heating system and central air. I haven't always changed functional A/C systems and even today, if the current system is relatively brand-new, I will avoid it. Mainly, however, I constantly set up totally brand-new systems.
