In the past, I had contractors who didn't do the plumbing immediately and it only resulted in catastrophe. After they hung, finished and painted all of the sheet rock in the home, they switched on the water just to find that there were pipelines burst in the walls. Today, I ALWAYS make my contractor check out the pipes first, consisting of the drain lines.

While the plumbing professional is working, I'll have an A/C team installing a new heating system which consists of a new gas furnace and main air conditioning. I have not always replaced practical HEATING AND COOLING systems and even today, if the current system is relatively brand-new, I will prevent it. Mainly, though, I constantly install totally new systems.
